Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates & delivery times We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. UK delivery typically takes 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Delays While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, we aren't responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control. If your parcel is running late, get in touch and we'll help you track it down.
